876 Events and Rentals was born out of 10+ years of industry experience, 3 lay-offs in 4 years and a nagging feeling in my belly. The name is an homage to my Caribbean roots — and anyone who has been there, may recognize it as the area code for Jamaica, a.k.a ‘Yaad’, my homeland.

My name is Kashe (Cash-ee), I am the Owner/Chief Creative of 876 Events & Rentals. I run the company with the support and labor of my husband, good friends, close cousins, and teenager daughters who are involuntary interns. 

876 is a special events rental company. We specialize in providing budget friendly furniture, handcrafted pieces, small decorative items, and backdrops for special events and weddings. Our mission is to provide high-quality event rentals for every budget. We also offer expert event coordination, planning, design, and creative services.

We practice environmental sustainability whenever possible (we’re still working on being better everyday) by purchasing second hand items for upcycling, recycling, and renewing. Our handcrafted items use recycled woods and our plastic pieces are reused to avoid entering the trash cycle.
