This plan is full of logistic assistance. The PSP allows you the option of customizing the Full Service plan and get the exact help you need. It's for the couple who has some of their planning done but would like a coordinator to step in to pull all of the details together. Some features included are: 
  • Complete ROS (run of show) developed for vendors, staff, and event point of contact with a full breakdown of event timeline
  • On-site coordination of participants, staff and vendors
  • Budget review and maintenance​

  • Limited site visits and walk-throughs

  • Rehearsal - wedding ceremony and reception  

Full Service Plan

The Full Service Plan is your all-in-one plan if you want a hands-off or hands-mostly-off approach to planning your event. It’s a detailed and meticulous approach that keeps you in the loop while allowing you to focus on everything else in your life. Some features included are: 
  • Venue and vendor selection
  • Booking and managing guest room blocks
  • Local travel and sightseeing for guests
  • Foreign travel coordination (excluding honeymoon travel)
  • Contract negotiations
  • Guest list management and seating assistance
  • Menu development
  • Conceptualization of themes, color, atmosphere, lighting, decor with elemental suggestions/selections (centerpieces, florals, linen, lighting, etc)
  • Contingency plan outline
  • Event layout ​

Day-of Coordination

Day-of (Month) Coordination is a lot more than just showing up after all the hard work is done to run the show. It's gaining a full perspective of your vision, your work, your plan, and then coming in and making sure all things run as intended. It takes expertise, a little sweat, and a lot of organization to make sure your event runs seamlessly. Some features included are: 
  • Full Run of Show (ROS) developed for vendors, staff, and event point of contact with a full breakdown of event timeline 
  • Communications 4-to-6 weeks prior to your event date
  • On-site coordination of participants, staff and vendors
  • Event rehearsal - ceremony and reception
  • Venue walk-thru 
  • Vendor assistance and referrals
  • Up to 6 hours of on-site service hours
